Step 1

Check your devices firmware is up-to date.

If your device is over 5 years old, please connect using 'Legacy Hardware' WiFi.​

Step 2

Turn your WiFi off and back on again.

Step 4

Get in touch with us and provide the below information.

If you are still having problems, please get in touch and provide the following information:

  • Device Type

  • IP/Mac Address

  • Details of the issue
